PK 92 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Eligibility and Fair Use Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pk 92 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the pk 92 website located at pk92.im and all associated services, games, betting markets and features accessible through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the pk 92 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use pk 92.

These Terms apply alongside the pk 92 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence except where explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on pk 92 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk 92 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You must be accessing pk 92 from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk 92 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation that pk 92 recognises.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of pk 92 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, payment processors or game developers.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party. Registering an account to bet on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on pk 92. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended with all balances forfeited.

When registering your pk 92 account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk 92 account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk 92 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk 92 support immediately.

• Account passwords must be at least 8 characters and should not be reused from other services.
• Two-factor SMS authentication is available on all pk 92 accounts and is strongly recommended.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account whether or not you authorised it, except where pk 92 is at fault through a security breach on our side.
• pk 92 may at its discretion carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requiring photo ID, proof of address or source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

All financial transactions on pk 92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods on pk 92:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card

The minimum deposit on pk 92 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pk 92 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits above Rs 200,000 in a single transaction.

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pk 92 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

pk 92 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be refunded and the account reviewed.

pk 92 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, plus these general bonus Terms.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have registered a verified account on pk 92 and meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed.
• pk 92 reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute toward wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, sports betting contributes 100%, casino slots contribute 100% and live dealer games contribute between 10% and 20% unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or through abuse of the referral system will be voided. pk 92 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns and will take action where identified.
• pk 92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the platform where possible.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that are later determined to have been obtained through irregular play or exploitation of a technical error may be voided at pk 92's discretion.

All sports bets placed on pk 92 are subject to these general betting rules. Sport-specific rules may supplement these general rules and will be displayed within the relevant betting section.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed except where pk 92 identifies a clearly erroneous price caused by a technical fault.
• pk 92 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's wallet.
• If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for bets to stand (as defined in the sport-specific rules for each event type), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where an official result is declared by the relevant governing body following an abandonment or protest, pk 92 will settle bets in line with that official result.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at pk 92's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. Once confirmed, live bets are binding.
• Maximum win limits per bet may apply. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. pk 92 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets at its discretion.
• Winnings from accumulator bets are only paid if all legs are settled as winners. A void leg within an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that leg — the remaining legs stand.

All casino games available on pk 92 operate according to the rules displayed within the game itself or in the accompanying game information panel. These general rules apply across all casino game types.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on pk 92 have been independently certified by an accredited gaming testing laboratory. Certification details are available on request.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules applicable to those games are governed by the relevant provider's terms, which are accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a game round, or an error in game outcome display, pk 92 will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
• pk 92 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game. Maintenance windows, provider outages or technical issues may temporarily remove games from the lobby.
• Crash games operate with a certified RNG and a published house edge. The multiplier at which a crash game round ends cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action or external factor.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk 92. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potentially permanent termination with forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, using or allowing the use of more than one pk 92 account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including coordinated play with other accounts to clear wagering requirements, misrepresenting eligibility or claiming bonuses for which you do not qualify.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets systematically to exploit odds differences in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Money laundering: Using the pk 92 platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks on pk 92 deposits.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated means to interact with the pk 92 platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings you would not have received under normal operation.

pk 92 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used by a minor
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• If required by applicable regulation or court order

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, pk 92 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a balance is due to a player following account closure for any reason other than a breach, pk 92 will return the outstanding real-money balance within a reasonable timeframe using the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily should contact pk 92 support. Voluntary account closures can be temporary (self-exclusion for a defined period) or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly — pk 92 will not apply a cooling-off delay designed to discourage you from exercising your right to exclude yourself.

pk 92 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their betting activity, and we actively promote awareness of problem gambling resources. The following tools are available to all pk 92 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pk 92 account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of how long you have been active on pk 92 in a single session.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net win/loss for the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive any promotional communications from pk 92.
• Account history: Full transaction, betting and gaming history available at all times from your account dashboard.

All content on the pk 92 platform — including but not limited to the pk 92 brand, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images and data feeds — is either owned by pk 92 or used under licence from third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence to pk 92's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any pk 92 content without prior written consent from pk 92. Screen-recording, scraping or automated extraction of odds data from the pk 92 platform is specifically prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk 92 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the pk 92 platform
• Losses resulting from internet outages, device failures or connectivity issues beyond pk 92's control
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the pk 92 platform that contains an error
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials

pk 92's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk 92's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pk 92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of pk 92 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk 92 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pk 92 support may be referred to the relevant gaming regulator.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pk 92 service, please contact our support team in the first instance. pk 92 operates a formal complaints procedure and will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days. We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days of receipt.

For disputes regarding individual bet settlements, you must submit your dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. pk 92 will not review disputes submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
